In line with the growth of the company, PT Truba Jaya Engineering, the organization had been established to accommodate the load and responsibility of the directors.
In the extraordinary share holder meeting held on 11 November 2009 on 11.00 AM President Director had been changed from Mr. Kirtiyoso to Mr. Erman Suparno (former Ministry of Tenaga Kerja & Transmigrasi). Mr. Kirtiyoso is now becoming member of Board of Commissary.
There are six directors in the Board of Directors, i.e. President Director (Mr. Erman Suparno) as a lead of all executive activities, he is supported by :
Technical Director (Mr. S. Visvanathan) to be responsible for engineering, quality, safety, and IT activities,
Marketing Director (Mr. Mansyur Tampubolon) to be responsible for proposal administration and marketing activities,
Operation Director (Mr. Siswo Utomo) to be responsible for all operation activities and divided by three (3) divisions in order to balance the load of activities based on the business type and clients familiarization,
Business Development Director (Mr. Richard Hardjani) to handle and support equipment & materials control activity,
Finance Director (Mr. Alip Handra) to be responsible for all financial, accounting, and taxations activities in the company. Beside the above, all subsidiary activities and financial strengthening through Bond and other financial support.
In order to face the corporate as a public company, there will be a new divisions called Corporate Secretary and Planning under Mr. Hanan Arifin to organize corporate and project planning & control activities.
Human resources is the one biggest asset in the company, so The Engineer Training Program will be most important activity in order to up-grade quantity as well as quality wise. Because up to now the company still need more numbers of qualified engineer. Engineer Training Programs is mix-up between internal and external (In-Out House) training tailored based on the company need. (Note : Engineer Training Program will be done in semester based, and until now had been conducted for Batch-5).
As mechanical constructor, the company must be strong in iron works. To do so, the welders must be qualified, tested, and certified. Quality Department and HRD conduct a massive training for welders in Bantar Gebang shop.
