ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION

• Earthmoving & Ground Work
  TJE provides a complete service using its own tackle or hired tackle depending on economics of the location.
• Civil Works
  TJE provides construction of on plot civil works below and above ground for plant structures & plant buildings.
• Steel Structures
  TJE can set a fabrication shop on site and fabrication es-shop steel or supply fabricated steel from our fabrication shop ready for erection. Full erection uses all assembly techniques.
• Major Vessel Fabrication
  TJE offers a wealth of experience in jobsite fabrication of heavy vessels that must be transported in smaller sections.
• Storage Tanks
  Through rich experience in this field, full range services of oil and gas storage tanks are provided by TJE including design, procurement, foundation, fabrication and erection.
• Static & Rotary Equipment
  TJE’s experience in equipment erection is vast and complete. For example, the turbines & boilers of almost all major steam & combined cycle plants that are operating in Indonesia still bear witness of our efforts.
• Heavy Liftings
  Using either its own tackle or hired tackle, depending on economics, TJE provides heavy lifting services. Our lates big lift was 66 meters high tower weighing 292 tons.
• Piping & Ducting
  TJE fabricates & erects full range of material from cast iron, carbon & stainless steel to high alloy steel such as Titanium, applied to extremely high and low pressure temperature.
• Electrical Installation
  Both in process and thermal plants, TJE’s experience in electrical installation is extensive. Kilometers of cabling & the volume of electrical equipment we erect in a single power plant is just an indication of the capability that TJE possess.
• Instrument Installation
  TJE is experienced in this field with all leading manufacturers of instruments & devices both electronic & pneumatic.
• Refractory and Insulation
  Based on the wide range of experience and complete knowledge of high temperature refractory works, TJE provides whole services by specialists.
• Stress Relieve
  TJE’s experienced & equipped team is capable to meet any post weld heat treatment or annealing requirement.
• Chemical Cleaning
  We have all the necessary equipment and qualified staff to do complete chemical cleaning for new industrial plants or old plants which need refurbishing.

  All requirements for surface preparation, painting and coating services are provided.

HEAVY CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

The Rigging and Equipment Division is maintaining a pool of construction equipment such as cranes, truck trailers, genset, welding machine, compressors, winch etc., to support the on-going project. Thus enables us to mobilise supply and maintain such equipment efficiently even in critical times.

TJE also provides a range of heavy equipment for clients and construction companies usage.
