  Time, cost, quality, performance, and safety of the project are the concern of our Project Managers. In TJE,
a Project Manager is assigned to each project who is responsible to the client and TJE management for the
successful implementation of each project.
Project management provides the direction, coordination, control and management of the project, and
provides the principal link between the Client and TJE.
Depending upon the size, type complexity of project involved, experienced personnel of the following services are available to assist and work as a Project Team:

- Man-hour & Cost control
- Preliminary & Definitive Estimating

 TJE will continue to collaborate closely with the foreign licensors, consultants, contractors and Equipment manufactures together and Feed Companies for the preparation of basic design for non-process and balance of plant.
TJE’s present Design Engineering Division has been working on direct tackle or hired tackle basis on the following disciplines:
- Architectural Design
- Foundation design & layout
- Underground piping & sewer design
- Concrete & steel structure design
- Equipment layout & material take-offs
- Piping layouts
- Isometric drawing
- Material take-offs
- Lighting system , grounding system, lighting protection etc
- Control layouts and hook-ups
Through the vendor’s participation, TJE can offer the following:
- Operating procedures and manual
- Equipment trial & performance testing
- Fault finding and remedy action
- Performance guarantees
- Technical Manpower assistance to commissioning activities.
Procurement services can provide the following services to obtain competitive price, firm delivery
and high quality products and services locally and worldwide:
- Domestic & overseas purchasing
- Managing procurement contracts with domestic, foreign suppliers, vendors and subcontractors
- Quality Assurance
- Packing, Shipping, Warehousing, inland transportation, inland transportation to site including clearing and forwarding
- Insurance, claim handling
- Road permit, import permit, re-export permit etc.
- Inspection & expediting
- Computerized procurement ordering & hacking system.
As a result, TJE has the advantage of undertaking greater responsibility of contract under single management
with better economy assuring firm delivery and guaranteed quality
