In many of the projects after the completion of erection Truba has been entrusted with the maintenance works of those plants as a sign of confidence of the client to its performance and capability. Some of the main activities:

 

Musi Pulp Mill

• Complete routine maintenance contract on yearly basis from 1999 – Date
• Changing of Shell and Type of Lime Kiln in April 2001
• Shutdown maintenance service

Kiani Kertas

• Replacement of MC Pumps and associated piping in Fibre Line
• Shutdown maintenance service

IKPP

• Retrofit works of RB 5 & RB 11 in July – September 2000
• Upgradig of Pulp Line 8 & 9 during March – May 2000
• Retrofit works of Multi Fuel & Recovery Boiler in Lontar Papyrus Mill in Jambi
• Regular maintenance service since 1998
• Shutdown maintenance works

RAPP

• Complete Retrofit works of Poweer Boiler 2 in Feb 2001
• Changing of 40 Pumps, Motors, Conveyors in Fibre Line 1 in April – May 1999 and 35 nos.in pulp Machine 1 & 2 in August 2000 during the Annual Mill Shutdown
• Retrofit works of RB1 & PB1 during 1996, 1997 Annual Shutdown of RB 1, PB 1 & RB2 during 1998 to 1999 and 2000 Annual Mill Shutdown
• Tie ins, Piping Modification and Replacement Chemical PlantWorks at Pulp Machine, Fibre Line, Paper Machine , Recausticizing and Woodyard Areas as part of bringing on line of the different newly erected lines during 1997,1998,1999 and 2000
• Replacement of HCL Burner and associated piping in Chemical Plant in 1997 – 1998
• Major repair works in Lime Kiln 1 including changing  of the sector cooler during 1998 – 1999
• Rebuild of Debarking Drum and Chippers in Woodyard line 1 & 2 during August – October 2000
• Modification of Lime Mud Washer #2 in 1999
